Straight out of the Pieren cookbook- this is the bread recipe I used for the cinnamon rolls. I took this recipe and added about a cup more sugar to the dough-to make it a sweet bread. Also I let it raise about 2 hours after I rolled the dough and put them in the pan— just to make sure they were good and fluffy!
I heard they were tasty! Not sure if they beat grandmas thou..
